Our hand-folded dumplings are filled with marinated short rib,
juicy, tender, and perfect for sharing with family.
Each dumpling holds a blend of tradition and savoir-faire passed down through generations.

and full of the bright, tangy flavour of well-fermented kimchi.

🍎 Our Family Sauce – une histoire de tradition
Back in Jeonju, every holiday meal began with a pot of soy sauce simmering slowly
with fresh apple, pear, onion, garlic and ginger.
This slow-cooked method, fait avec patience,
is the foundation of our bulgogi, galbi, dumplings
and many of the flavours we now share here in Southport.
